You first need to get a LinkedIn account. After you have your account set up, you reach out to folks you know in the business community. Generally these will be folks you have done business with, rather than your golfing partners, or and shopping partners. To get a recommendation you generally applied good business judgment with the folks who you have connected with, and who have connected with you. Recommendations generally reflect a good work ethic, and a good sense about how you worked with your employees and clients. Scott Salisbury |
